This episode is from the home of the CEO and Founder of Framebridge, Susan Tynan. Susan hired Zoe Feldman, the acclaimed Washington, D.C.-based interior designer to re-image her family home in Maryland. The residence boasts custom-curated gallery walls utilizing artwork collected from her travels and sketches her children had made, punchy bursts of color (like a bright pink stairwell!), and layered textural elements throughout the house. Other noteworthy highlights include the addition of a Brooklyn brownstone style vintage mantel in the living room and custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen and dining rooms to utilize storage. The dining room also makes a case for
wallpapering your ceiling.

This house is a masterclass in how to incorporate color in certain spaces (even if the house still feels light, airy, and full of organic elements). You’ll see how an interior designer brings specific ideas to life in a project; such as patterned wallpaper in powder rooms, colored sinks, and framing art to hang in interesting places.
